A £1 billion project investment covering a number of projects and schemes for London Overground on behalf of Transport for London. The schemes included 2 OLE and signalling upgrades and 3 multidisciplinary projects which included new depot buildings, OLE, signalling and M&E systems. My focus was on delivering asset management plans, Health & Safety Files, Operation & Maintenance manuals, close of all outstanding works and ensuring all training was delivered to end users.
