Commissioned by ATCjv, to undertake a structured review of the production of operation & maintenance (O&M) manuals and end user training delivery to RfLI. We defined the technical scope and methodology based on the overall project goals.

We engaged with key stakeholders to produce all the O&M manuals covering M&E: tunnel ventilation system, tunnel pump drainage, tunnel fire main, cable management system, evacuation walkway, cross passage doors and pressure rated doors, systemwide lighting, systemwide signage, low voltage distribution power, overhead line equipment (OHLE); the traction power systems (switchgears, transformers, protection & control, battery chargers; the non-traction power systems (battery chargers, transformers, protection relays and switchgears).

We then developed the training strategy and associated training plans to manage the delivery of end user equipment and systems training to RfLI. We worked with the Client and IM (RfLI), to agree the key training objectives that would ensure RfLI achieved their training competence in readiness for asset handover, operation, and maintenance.
