Managing Partner
Paul is a highly experienced consultant with 12 years of expertise in rail infrastructure, commercial, and residential projects, specializing in MEPH, LV, HV, Cyber Security, and Signaling.
He provides expert consultancy in project planning, compliance, and risk management, ensuring seamless execution and commercial viability.
Paul is dedicated to delivering high-quality, on-time, and within-budget projects, while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Francois Bedzrah – MSc PRINCE2
Managing Partner
Over 16 years’ experience within the Railway industry both Client side & Contractor side, having directly been involved in asset handover to the Infrastructure Manager for bringing into use (BiU) purposes; the establishment of best-in-class maintenance procedures; the production of O&M manuals; asset data information; and training programmes on large scale infrastructure projects. Highly experienced in NEC Contract Management; CDM rail processes and procedures; London Underground and Network Rail processes and procedures.

Qasim is a highly experienced consultant with over 15 years in the railway industry, including 8 years specialising in project handover and completion. He has led teams on major infrastructure projects, including the handover of Crossrail’s systemwide packages, ensuring asset information management, O&M documentation, H&S files, safety assurance, and training compliance.
His extensive experience spans rail depots, railway renewals, and new rail infrastructure, working on multi-billion-pound projects across the UK and internationally. With expertise in large-scale rail infrastructure, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement, Qasim is dedicated to delivering seamless project transitions, ensuring compliance, and driving operational excellence
